New Paper Links Homosexuality to Sexual Abuse of Minors

Posted on | April 20, 2010 by Hannah Russo |

Yesterday, LifeSiteNews announced a “must-read” paper by Brian Clowes of Human LIfe International (HLI), entitled “Homosexuality and the Church Crisis.”

Clowes demonstrates that there is a strong link between homosexuality and the sexual abuse of minors. He clearly states that celibacy is not the problem but homosexuality is.

In his paper he cites studies such as:

A study of 229 convicted child molesters published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior found that “eighty-six percent of [sexual] offenders against males described themselves as homosexual or bisexual.”

According to Clowes, “[t]he only way to get to the root of the problem of priestly child molestation is to ignore the smear campaign and proceed methodically.”
