The Carbon Emissions Racket

Probably everyone saw this article on Drudge last weekend.

Even more disturbing than the suggestion of implementing an international tax is the suggestion that has been previously put forward by the UN Population Fund that excess carbon emissions are caused by “excess people.”  This type of propaganda is put forward to justify various population control strategies, including more funding for contraception and abortion.
