Sex Rights for Children = The Right to Child Rape

As the UN considers creating “sexual rights” for children as young as 10, a court in Brazil shows what this would mean.
Adult men can rape girls or boys with impunity.
This won’t grant rights to children, but to abusers who are perversely sexually attracted to children.
LifeSiteNews reports that a Brazilian federal appeals court has acquitted a child molester of rape because his three 12-year old victims had been prostituted.
Because the girls had been sold for sex acts, the court deemed “the victims were far from innocent.”
The lower court had decided, “The proof offered during the proceedings demonstrates, overwhelmingly, that the victims, at that time, lamentably, were already far from being innocent, naive, ignorant and uninformed regarding sex.”
Thus, because men stole the girls’ innocence by sexually using them, they also lost the protection of being a minor. Minors lack the ability in the eyes of the law to give consent since they are not mature enough to make certain decisions. This is intended to protect them from adults who would abuse them in a myriad of ways – from as mundane things as taking advantage of them through financial contracts to acts with profound consequences such as sex.
Planned Parenthood and homosexual advocacy groups lobby to lower age of consent laws, and then feign indignation when they are lumped with pedophiles.
They argue that children should have the same rights as adults. But aren’t they really arguing for adults to have their way with children, with no legal consequences?
