What about “unmet need” and child spacing?

This article from Africa Review shows how the Kenyan government is all in favor of getting Melinda Gates’ billions for family planning. But the article does not use Gates’ messaging that this is for a great unmet need for contraception and for child spacing. The government only talks about population control. Bingo.
